These Terms of Service apply to your use of the TrueTechStore mobile application and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
TrueTechStore's retail sales are operated by TRUE TECH TRADING CO. L.L.C., Qasmiah, Alnad, Opposite Al Sorour Bakery, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, which is the seller of the products. The mobile application is published and licensed by RahaTech Group. RahaTech Group is the trading name of RAHA FZE, a Free Zone Establishment in the United Arab Emirates (D-U-N-S 849849308). Registered address: FAMC3251, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone, United Arab Emirates.
RAHA FZE grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for lawful personal or business use under these terms.
The license doesn't let you copy, sell, rent or modify the app, reverse engineer it except where the law allows this, or remove any legal notice. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Apple's App Store and Google Play rules also apply to the copy you download from them.
You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account from the app.
TrueTechStore sells new and pre-owned laptops, computers, mobile phones and related accessories. Products, prices and availability may change at any time.
Many products are pre-owned. We describe each item's condition, included accessories and known imperfections in its listing. Used items are sold as described, so please read the listing before you order.
An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a listing contains a clear error, and we will refund anything you paid for it.
You must pay the full price shown at checkout using an available payment method. Delivery times are estimates.
Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy at truetechstore.com/return-refund-policy. Nothing here limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.
Don't use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent, to harm or impersonate others, to interfere with its security or operation, or to scrape or resell it without written permission.
The Service, including its software, design, text and logos, belongs to its owners and is protected by law. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law. You can stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with its date, and continuing to use the Service means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
