Warranty & Support
What warranty do you provide?- New laptops: Original manufacturer warranty
- Refurbished laptops: 6-month TrueTechTrading warranty
- Used laptops: 3-month limited warranty
Our warranty covers hardware defects, system malfunctions, and any issues that affect the laptop's core functionality. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications.
