Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Arab Emirates: 2–5 business days

  • GCC Countries: 4–8 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages

We carefully inspect all laptops before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and the packaging.

We will review the case and provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
